To strengthen Vietnamese DPOs’ capacity to support and monitor the implementation of CRPD by the government throughout Vietnam
Mục tiêu cụ thể
Objective 1: To build the capacity of DPOs in northern, central and southern Vietnam to improve knowledge and capacity to monitor and report on CRPD, policy and legal issues on disability (6 training modules)
Objective 2: To support DPOs on CRPD shadow reporting due in 2017 and 2019
Objective 3: To improve communication and advocacy activities between the disability movement in Vietnam
